Following the announcement of his new single ‘Just for you’, Lionel Richie has announced he will be returning to the Metro Radio Arena Newcastle for his new tour on Saturday 30th October 2004.

Lionel Richie has had nearly 4 decades of making songs that have stood the test of time, right from the early days of the commodores up to the present day. These songs include the all-time great commodores classic ‘Three Times a Lady’, his chart-topping duet with Diana Ross ‘Endless Love’ and his solo efforts such as ‘All Night Long’, ‘Hello’, ‘Dancing on the Ceiling’, and ‘Say You, Say Me’

After His run of 13 consecutive Top Ten hits between 1981 – 1987 including 5 number ones, and the amazing albums he has had up to this day, Lionel Richie has pursued fresh directions with his new album ‘Just for You’. Last time he performed at the Metro Radio Arena was back in April 2001, which sold amazingly fast, as this show is predicted to do too.
