General

Gay.com UK

Excellent news resource, plus various writings and guides on various subjects as well as personals and other resources. Best known however for its very popular myriad chat rooms for men and women, divided by area (including County Durham) and special interests - which sadly don't work any more on the University Networked PC Service.

Top2Bot.co.uk

Male

OUTintheUK

Proving that the gay Internet is not just one massive cruising ground, OUT is a "community" website where the emphasis is specifically not on sex. Search out and talk to new people, discuss issues on the plethora of message boards, take part in polls and more. Takes some effort to get into, but a number of our members are regulars.
